Queued Records

Just happened this evening.

When we are "collecting" sales, it is asking if we wish to process "Que". If we say yes, as we use this sometimes it states there are over 2000 records queued.

This is incorrect.

Also we feel that ther a few anomolies with data. Sales are in Printed, but there are no packing sheets, sles are still in printed that have been marked shipped.

Queue Issue
When it asks you to process the queue, just click No, this will delete any queue.

Data Issue
It sounds like you have some corrupted data. When you have processed all your current records:

  • click here to update Packing Partner

  • Goto Tools>Options>System and click Clear Data

If that doesn't work please give us a call as we will need to connect to your PC, to see exactly what is happening.
