No customs label

I rarely post internationally anymore but the last time I did so a CN22 Customs Form label was printed for me automatically.
Today, however, I have done an international shipment to Bulgaria but there is no CN22 label. 
I know there have been many Royal Mail service code changes and other changes recently to international mail - but does this mean CN22 labels are no longer downloaded by Packing Partner and I have to manually do my own?

Thanks for the post.

Within Click and Drop Settings (on the C&D website itself), under Label Format, ensure the CN23* is set to 6x4. That should then mean you see / receive them when you create a shipment within Packing Partner.

*CN22's have now been retired by RM in favour of a new CN23.

Ahh yes I just read about CN22 being retired.
I shall try that next time - for now I found I can highlight the order in C&D and re-print customs info and its done a full page CN23 to my other printer
