I am trying to create a new manual order for shipping.
I can enter recipient name/address but when I try to Save it says I must add items to the invoice. So I click Add and enter Product Description but clicking Save has no effect. I then tried entering 'dummy' information for SKU, Location, Code, Price etc but clicking Save still does not save the order.
As such I am unable to create a manual order to create the required shipping label.
I know I have created manual orders in the past but cannot seem to do it anymore.
(as an aside it would be useful to be able to create an order with NO products on the invoice - sometimes I need to just send something out which has no product or value - I just want a shipping label)

We'll have a look here at the issue, but you won't be able to create a shipping label without a product as they are required by all carriers.

Ive created the label directly in RM Click & Drop instead for now so no rush on fixing
FYI - I was able to create the order with no products added, just an order total value was needed

Yes I am on latest version - but I am now seeing this error 'Unlicenced DOMView2 Version 154.0.1008.69' when I start Packing Partner
Also, I have discovered I can add a product but only if I enter a non-zero Cost. I used to be able to enter 0, but now I have to enter a specific amount > 0 to be able to Save.

The unlicensed banner will be fixed with the next release. It doesn't affect anything.
I am able to enter a zero cost item, but quantity must be 1.

Yes I have set Quantity to 1 but unless I enter a value > 0 into Cost it wont Save
